fulfillment/processing time
Being that your set is handmade, it can take up to 14 days to process. Ready-to-ship sets are already made and will be processed within 3-5 business days. All other shop items are also processed within 3-5 business days.
Returns
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within the processing window, but once your items are shipped, returns and cancellations are not accepted.
do you accept custom orders?
I currently do not accept custom orders, however, each set you like comes with a shape and length customization.
how do i size my nails?

are they reusable?
Yes, please be sure to remove them properly if you plan on reusing. See removal instructions here.

can i replace a missing nail?
Yes, replacement nails are available for purchase in the shop tab.
how long will my nails last?
With nail glue, press-on nails can last anywhere between 2-4 weeks with the proper prep.
how do i contact you?
Being that shop hours vary each month, I list my contact hours once a month on the 27th, located in the contact tab.
